How the weekly read unlocks
Log one workout and one protein entry in the current week on Today. Open Weekly to see your first read. More logging improves the summary over time.
Optional protein reference
Body basics (weight and height) are optional during onboarding. If you enable the reference in Settings, Today may show an optional daily gram estimate from your body basics. This is off by default and is not medical advice.
Data storage
Logs and preferences are saved in this app's Documents folder on your iPhone (app-data.json). Nothing is uploaded to SplitSquat servers in this version.
